Guests are responsible for the Property during their stay and for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear. We may charge for such damage to the payment method used for the booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. The Property is provided on an “as is” basis.

8. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
